Culture – CALL FOR APPLICATIONS, Artist residency at the International Center for Art and Landscape on the island of Vassivière
The International Center for Art and Landscape of Vassivière Island (CIAPV) invites an Iranian artist living in Iran for a residency from September 18 to December 8, 2023 around the notion of landscape.
Vassivière Island is an artificial lake island located on Lake Vassivière in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region of central France.
In this context, artists are invited to apply with a research and creation project linked to the landscape in connection or in resonance with the territory in which the CIAPV is established. A restitution time open to the public will be provided at the end of the residency.

Call for applications open until June 15, 2023
Interviews with pre-selected candidates: week of July 10, 2023
Residence: September 18 to December 8, 2023
To submit their application, candidates must send their file no later than June 15, 2023 to residences.france@diplomatie.gouv.fr.
Eligibility conditions
The residency program is open to Iranian artists living in Iran, with no age limit but having completed their training and being able to prove experience and professional recognition. Candidates are required to speak French or English.
