Short description
The Hamdan International Award (HIPA) is an international photography award, founded in 2011 under the patronage of crown prince of Dubai sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid bin Mohammed al Maktoum.
This year, the main theme of the HIPA contest is DIVERSITY.
Other categories are:
• General (subcategories: Colour and Black & White)
• Portfolio (5-10 photographs telling one story)
• Digital Art
